Management Team
Our management team thinks of ourselves as part of your company's team, an extension of your business. We approach your building as if it were our own building, and understand the care and investment you have made in your building
We believe in a team approach, which means we use the same subcontractors on most or our projects. We know what to expect from the subcontractors, and they, in turn, know what to expect when they work on one of Kennerly Construction's projects. Subcontractors are strategically scheduled, the project site is kept clean, a plan of action is implemented, and the previous trades have completed or are just finishing when the next subcontractor starts.
Our Management Team is experienced and brings with each person an expertise in commercial construction and a love of the industry. Kennerly Construction is proud to hold memberships in the following industry organizations: Associated General Contractors, International Facility Management Association, and Commercial Real Estate Women.
