Liquid Planet
When we started this job we thought that we had plenty of time for the build out as the convention center was going to be quiet for over 5 weeks after Thanksgiving and thru January 7. The building department had questions on the plans that took about 3 weeks of our scheduled time to resolve. We were issued a building permit on December 21 and still had the business open for training on January 9.
Rocky Mountain Valuescape
This was a full floor remodel, 10,640 square feet, of an existing space with a tight time frame. The tenant needed to be out of their existing space or pay a hefty penalty. We were able to turn the space over to them one week earlier than they expected. Jim Downing was the superintendant on site and through a close working relationship with the inspectors from Lakewood Building Department and the West Metro Fire Department they passed all of the required inspections the first time through.
